Tugboat Construction
Dorya Shipping has a strong engineering infrastructure and an integrated project management approach in tugboat construction, managing all processes from the design phase to final delivery in accordance with international classification rules and quality standards; beginning with general arrangement plans, stability calculations, and performance analyses, the scope of work includes steel processing and hull fabrication, mechanical outfitting and main engine installations, electrical and automation systems integration, surface preparation and painting applications, as well as launching and sea trials, with each stage completed under strict quality control procedures.
Having actively participated in the construction of a total of 58 tugboats with varying bollard pull capacities and different engine configurations to date, the company adopts as its core principle the delivery of reliable, high-performance, and sustainable tugboat solutions tailored to specific client requirements.
